Global Contract Sales was founded by a very experienced group of Sales and Marketing Professionals to address the needs of organizations that want to increase sales quickly and can’t afford to take a chance by hiring unproven people.

We build, manage and operate sales teams for international organizations who need a sales presence or offices in North America, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America.

Our team has proven itself many times over – the leadership team has decades of experience and demonstrable C-level contacts within the Worldwide Fortune 1000 community. The leadership team has led organizations that have been responsible for selling and managing many 100′s of millions of revenue over their careers and they are willing to apply this knowledge and know-how to your business goals.

HOW WE WORK

We can work with your organization to implement and execute sales and marketing initiatives such as: new product campaigns, long cycle sales, create and implement product marketing videos, sales channel creation and implementation, introductions to new customers or vertical markets – where we act as an overlay team to your in-place sales force.

Our contracts are very detailed sales and/or marketing plans that contain a step-by-step weekly task listed by each resource.  The plans are updated monthly with very extensive reporting.  All planned meetings with customers, end users, channels are open and encouraged for accompaniment by any of the in-place team or management.

We have very extensive Rolodex of highly placed friendly current contacts at some of the world’s largest companies.  These customers are open to explore, test and deploy the new products that we introduce to them because we only select partners that fit into our strict guidelines of success.  We can provide references of these contacts at:  GE, Coca-Cola, Westinghouse, BP, P&G, HSBC, Nokia, AT&T, IBM and many many others.

We execute these services “acting” as your employees with business cards, email addresses ect as if we are your employees!  Generally, we are termed as “overlay” to existing sales teams but can act as an independent sales team as well.  This helps us to transition the accounts, sales channels and customers into your normal sales force for on-going follow-up and support after the contract expires or we can leave the team in place to transition as employees.

OVERLAY SALES TEAMS

GCS personnel can be inserted into your current sales organization seamlessly as an overlay team that augments your in place sales but can apply laser-like focus to Company initiatives: New Product Funnel Creation, Hitting Sales Targets or New Logo Acquisition. Our people will augment, train, support and manage the channel, end users or partners – then transition to the in-place sales resource at the end the contract period.

LONG SALES CYCLE

Our teams can lead the Marketing and Introduction efforts for long cycle sales products by creating the initial end user demand and feedback via our extensive network of world wide contacts at some of the worlds leading companies. This would free your in place sales teams to concentrate on current revenue objectives.

IN-HOME SALES

During 2013 the team has added in-home sales to our portfolio of services. We have developed a proven methodology to convert highly trained, professional business to business salespeople to be able to become very successful selling in the home. We also have developed an integrity based sales system that produces higher closing ratios along with higher customer satisfaction and more referrals. In addition, our team has developed some technology that helps our team to manage the sales performance and attainment while at the same time giving the customers the peace of mind that our sales representatives are part of large team that values integrity above all else.

SERVICES

Global Contract Sales provides services for large and small organizations – acting as extensions of the sales and / or marketing departments.  We always conduct business as in your company’s name for a specified length of contract ranging from 6 months to 36 months.  At the end of the contract we can leave some or all of the personnel in place or execute a transition plan that is seamless for the customer.

SALES TRAINING

We can train your in place sales force. Conducting either in person training or via video conferencing – we also can provide follow-up that is specific to your sales goals either via an online tool or direct contact.

SALES CHANNEL CREATION

VIDEO PRODUCT MARKETING
